Some people have cats that will act very bossy towards them. If you are experiencing this problem with your cat you need to change their behavior quickly, so they do not get used to the idea of controlling your behavior.
You need to exert control over the relationship and make sure that the cat knows that you are in charge not them.

First of all figure out why your cat is acting bossy. Do they just simply want more attention or more food? Some people miss might misread their cat's signs. Cats might start acting this way because they are fearful of something and are not being demanding.
This behavior might be brought about by a new cat in the house, feral cats wandering around the outside of the house, or a new dog in the neighborhood.
Do some investigative work and try and figure out why your cat's behavior has suddenly changed to be more demanding. More often than not it is due to some type of stress.
Cats are so much more so susceptible to stress than we are. And even though cats may not show the typical signs of stress they can still be very stressed out.
If you think your cat is simply just being bossy, limit your interaction with them when they are displaying this type of behavior. After awhile they'll learn that they cannot he so demanding of you.
